At Lolly Pops Balloon Co., we prioritize open communication and collaboration with our clients to ensure a seamless installation and a successful event. We take into account various factors, such as the placement of balloons, sunlight exposure, and event duration, to deliver a tailored experience.

When it comes to outdoor events, we understand the importance of protecting your balloon creations from direct sunlight and heat. While heat and balloons aren't the best combination, we make every effort to ensure the longevity of your balloon installations. For helium balloons, we recommend placing them in shaded areas, away from sharp objects that could cause them to pop. It's important to note that direct sun exposure can cause balloons to expand beyond their limit and result in popping. 

For air-filled installations, we advise selecting shaded areas that won't be directly exposed to sunlight. Our outdoor installations are double stuffed to enhance durability, and we provide guidance on the most suitable color choices for outdoor settings (darker balloons have a higher risk of popping). While it's normal to experience occasional popping, especially during mid-day events in direct sunlight, rest assured that it won't impact the overall construction and presentation of the garland.

When it comes to wind, we understand it's unpredictable nature. We take precautions by using extra weights for helium balloons. However, even with these measures, balloons may not withstand strong winds. If you encounter strong gusts, we recommend bringing your helium balloons indoors for their safety.

For air-filled outdoor installations, we secure them in multiple spots to minimize any movement. However, in the presence of strong wind gusts, slight shifts in the garland may occur. Rest assured, this will not affect the overall design of the garland.

Please keep in mind that once we have safely delivered the balloons to your event, we are unable to provide refunds for any balloons that may pop afterward. Our team takes great care to ensure the balloons are in optimal condition upon delivery, and any incidents beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Helium:

Helium balloons will usually last a day or two, however we have had some last much longer. It is essential to keep the balloon indoors at a consistent temperature, away from any sources of heat such as vents and light bulbs, or even near a window with direct sunlight. 

Air-Filled Garlands:

Garlands that have been installed outdoors and left outside typically last a few days, as the fluctuation in temperature from hot to cold and back to hot can accelerate their deterioration. If we have installed your garland outside, we will guide you on how to safely remove it, and we strongly recommend bringing the balloons indoors for extended longevity. On the other hand, indoor garlands have been known to last for months! The duration depends on various factors such as exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and cold.

While we cannot provide a guarantee for the lifespan of our creations, we do assure their durability for the duration of your event. Rest assured, we take great pride in crafting high-quality balloon installations that will bring delight and a touch of magic to your special occasion.
